Pizza of the Month: El Jefe
Our May Pizza of the Month is the El Jefe — a Taco Pie that's unlike anything else on our menu. Enchilada bean sauce, seasoned ground beef, jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, red onion, fresh cilantro, sour cream drizzle, cotija, and Mexican cheese blend.
Available all of May. Small $27.50, Large $30.50. Yes, it's as good as it sounds.
Cocktail of the Month: Fuego-Rita
To pair with El Jefe we're running the Fuego-Rita all month — 21 Seeds cucumber and jalapeño-infused tequila, fresh house-made citrus mix, simple syrup, with a pink salt rim. Crisp, bright, and just spicy enough to keep up with the El Jefe. $10.
Barrel Rewards: The Loyalty Program is Live
Our new loyalty program just dropped. Sign up at the bar or bricknbarrellincoln.com/loyalty.
Three tiers:
- 5 visits — Free mocktail or NA specialty drink
- 10 visits — Free dessert OR house cocktail (you pick)
- 20 visits — VIP "Pizza Architect" status (submit pizza ideas, win Pizza of the Month named after you)

Trivia Thursdays Are Heating Up
Thursday at 6:30 PM. Free to play. No sign-up. 1st place wins 15% off your next visit, 2nd is 10%, 3rd is 5%. Patio overflow during summer. Get there early in May/June — teams are getting serious.
